He gained extensive experience operating within both non-commissioned and commissioned officer roles, developing a strong understanding of leadership dynamics, accountability, and operational execution.

He was actively involved in Bravo Company, one of the Academy’s established and respected units, where he developed a foundation in leadership, precision, and teamwork. He later continued his leadership progression in Foxtrot Company as a Second Lieutenant, taking on expanded responsibilities aligned with commissioned officer expectations, including mentorship, operational oversight, and execution of company-level standards.
